ON THE OCCASION OF ITS 60TH ANNIVERSARY, CARRERA CHOOSES JARED LETO AS THE NEW FACE OF ITS SPRING-SUMMER CAMPAIGN. CRASH TAKES THE OPPORTUNITY TO UNVEIL THE BEHIND THE SCENES VIDEO OF ITS INTERVIEW WITH THE TALENTED ACTOR AND SINGER.

Carrera is happy to announce that on the occasion of its 60th anniversary Jared Leto will be the new face of its Spring-Summer 2016 campaign.  Actor, singer and film director, Jared Leto is one of the most talented and unusual celebrities of the last years. Recently winner of the Academy Awards, the talent perfectly embodies the brand’s spirit of freedom, courage and independency that made Carrera worldwide known. Available from February 2016, the new Carrera sunglasses’ collection called « Maverick » revisits the brand’s classic models and makes them lighter thanks to thin spectacle frames for a perfect comfort in any occasion. As reminded by Jared Leto and the brand’s director Massimo Pozzetti, the collection is inspired by and made for adventurous and strong people, who don’t mind taking risk and don’t fear failure. A direction that the brand took since the very beginning, when the founder Wilhem Anger decided to name its line from the Carrera Panamericana, the most long and dangerous sport race in the world.
