French based luxury label AMI, (meaning friend in French) was founded in 2011 and names its birth city, Paris and its friends and its greatest inspirations. The label stands for a relaxed, authentic and friendly approach to luxury fashion. Offering stylish and comprehensive wardrobes for men and women, the House blurs the boundaries between casual and chic. Founder and creative director Alexandre Mattiussi was awarded the prestigious ANDAM prize in 2010.

For AMI’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection, Mattiussi gave free rein to London-based designer Alan Crocetti to design a line of jewelry. Born and raised in Brazil, Crocetti studied fashion design in Belo Horizonte and in London before he started experimenting with jewelry in his final year at Central Saint Martins where he fell in love with the intricacy of the jewelry-making process. Crocetti disrupts the idea that jewelry is just an accessory: his goal is to elevate it and bring it to the heart of the fashion industry. He has previously presented his work during the Fashion Weeks of London and Paris.

In an exclusive artistic collaboration, Mattiussi and Crocetti have reinterpreted the “Ami de Coeur”, the brand’s celebrated symbol, a capital A crowned with a heart. Love, respect, friendship and inclusion: the core values of AMI are in symphony with those of Alan Crocetti and served as guidelines during the creative process.

The capsule will be available in the AMI stores around the world, as well as on the brand’s online shop at starting on September 19th.
