COACH MENSWEAR SPRING-SUMMER 2016 LONDON

By Crash redaction

For its very first fashion show on the London Collections Men schedule, Coach pays tribute to the 60’s West Coast attitude. Nostalgia is the mood that guides old-school surfers through the runway. This collection is also a redefining of the 90’s Beach Boys and surf-punk attitude, with patterned shirts and shorts. But it’s also a call to revive childhood memories since figures are embellished with colored sneakers, hoods and casual parkas. As usual with Coach collections, emphasis is given to details, leather work and excellence of craftsmanship. As a matter of fact, original animal printed collars enliven coats and shirts with an amazing modernity. Through this line, people understand how boys meet the irreverence of counter-culture. Playful and recreational, the line was successfully designed by Stuart Vevers who pays tribute to New York’s state of mind and attitude. We can all imagine living the American Dream by looking at this collection.

Since 1941, Coach New York is a leading design House of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections with a rich heritage, and incomparable modernity. Take a look at our favorite looks from the Spring-Summer collection below.
