DELVAUX FALL WINTER 2016

This season, Delvaux unveiled its Fall-Winter collection 2016 in a beautiful venue located in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés Parisian neighborhood. Inspired by Art Deco and geometrical shapes, the collection embodies the following saying: « Simplicity is the last sophistication », and presents flawless and precious pieces. Finely but rigorously constructed, the different models of bags come in a new bright color palette exploring lime yellow, rose candy and purple-red. The classic Têmpete model in reinterpreted in Mini size and comes in different materials such as patent and ostrich leather, black and white mink fur cut in different lengths, as well as alligator in shading color effects. Indeed, the juxtaposition of textures is key to the collection: precious and exotic types of leathers such as Lizard, Python and Galuchat, nestled magnificent pochettes for the evening, while fluffy fox fur straps embellished calfskin or alligator bag models. But the emblem of the season is the Brillant model made of tourterelle Astrakan in three shades of brown, paired with beige dégradé Alligator and wild beast double tonalities fur on the top of the bag’s buckle. Finally, a series of charms bag in all colors give a playful touch to the collection, seducing for its always sophisticated vibe.
