DISCOVER THE KENZO S/S 2021 CAMPAIGN

For his second campaign for KENZO, Felipe Oliveira Baptista continues the concept of remote photography – initially developed for his Fall/Winter 2020 campaign with photographer Glen Luchford and stylist Jane How.

Archival footage from Glen Luchford was selected – while retaining the light of the original images, the talents photographed reproduced the poses identically, this time dressed in pieces from the KENZO Spring/Summer 2021 collection: Bee a Tiger. The images offer a journey around the world – from Los Angeles to Havana and from New York to Marrakech – thus evoking the spirit of « Going Places », at a time when physical travel seems to be a distant reality

The selection of images and the design express Felipe Oliveira Baptista’s vision for KENZO: A young and nomadic spirit, freedom, diversity, optimism, and a certain idea of the timelessness of the KENZO style.
