BACKSTAGE LANVIN FALL-WINTER 2017/18 COLLECTION PARIS

By Crash redaction

The second collection proposed by Bouchra Jarrar for Lanvin, delicately returns to the foundations of the couture house, while raising a woman emancipated stylistically, with a bit of rock and modernity. An ultra-feminine collection where the chiffon dresses mingle with a palette of powdered roses or white and delicately draw the curves of the female body through transparency. Ladies blouses with lavallian collars worn over a pantsuit, guide this collection a classic strand towards a more masculine universe. While the sensuality of fur leads her to an intimate narrative vocabulary. Bouchra Jarrar plays with the strings of the lexical field of femininity. She does not hesitate to subtly create a more rocky silhouette with perfectos, fishnet stockings worn under chiffon dresses or chained boots. In one word, the Fall-Winter 2017/2018 collection offers a poetic symphony both classic and feminine, while lifting a new Lanvin woman, a bit cheeky.
