The graphic prints, and bold tailoring give the collection the ability to translate into the wardrobe of the contemporary urban man. The form of the pieces are bold and raw, with the same perfectionist and mathematical approach to their form as brutalist urban architecture. To accommodate the adventurous and multifaceted lifestyle of the Marni Man, suiting and sports combine into a beautifully utilitarian collection. The iconic elements of the male wardrobe are distilled and brought back to life with geometric accents. From zip-up blousons, to the bomber jacket, the collarless shirt-jacket, to the short-sleeved shirt, each piece accommodates layering and further personal stylistic touches. The versatility is further demonstrated by the colour palette of inky blue tones, deep green, grey, black and beige are accented with deep red, pale yellow and rust colours, along with prints of scribbles, geometrics, stripes and inky flowers.
