Captured in the landscapes of the Oasi Zegna the new Outdoor Collection is true to Zegna’s vision of combining heritage, sophisticated fabrics and unparalleled quality. This open-air territory was created in 1910 as a result of the ecological approach of founder, Ermenegildo Zegna. He embarked on a huge environmental restoration project, creating a system of sustainable interdependence to preserve biodiversity and communities.

Focused on performance, technicality and modernity, the collection adapts the philosophy of versatility that underlies Zegna’s philosophies. Crafted from a range of technical fabrics and enhanced with a host of practical details, its a range of unparalleled functionality for the modern explorer as well as for everyday cold weather wear. The new ergonomic and reworked cuts are combined with innovative construction methods and fabrics.

In a nod to its heritage, all the pieces are marked with the ZEGNA « route 232 » logo. This double-striped vicuña emblem is inspired by a 26 km road paved in the 1930s that connects Oasi Zegna to local communities. It’s a tribute to the values and ideas that have defined the brand for more than one hundred and ten years.

To reinforce the focus on active lifestyles, the Collection is complemented by accessories designed in collaboration with some of the most prestigious sport and performance brands: La Sportiva, Garmin, zai, TSL, Sigg and KASK.

Zegna and La Sportiva together developed the TX Top GTX boots, equipped with a water-repellent gaiter and a durable Vibram sole, ideal for the mountains and trails. For the Venu® 2 connected watch, they opted for Garmin’s innovative GPS technology. The watch is emblazoned with the Zegna « route 232 » logo and equipped with health, payment and safety features – a must-have on the ski slopes. Together with TSL, they created ergonomic ski poles with a convenient folding system, the Symbioz Hyperflex Original 2, which is designed for absolute walking comfort. The partnership with Zai has resulted in high-performance skis equipped with PowerRail technology, while the combination of the recognized expertise of the Swiss brand Sigg and the refined style of Zegna resulted in an aluminum water bottle decorated with the « route 232 » logo. Finally, a collaboration with Kask resulted in the creation of the Piuma ski helmet with a matte finish, also featuring the Zegna « route 232 » emblem, and equipped with a dual-lens fog visor and leather chin strap.

The collection will be available from October 27th through Zegna’s international distribution network, on Zegna.com and in selected stores.
