AMI SS24 FASHION SHOW BACKSTAGE PICTURES

By CHIARA BRUSCHINI

Last night AMI presented its new SS24 collection establishing even more the Brand’s strong artistic research and great identity towards an increasingly pragmatic wardrobe. The collection presents basic but chic, elegant garments perfect for everyday wear but also for more intimate and special occasions. Opening the fashion show was a Vincent Cassel dressed in black with a long ankle-length coat: an emblem of elegance and sophistication. The essential basics of the brand were revisited and reinterpreted, with simplicity and sincerity. AMI’s SS24 collection is concrete and real; the wardrobe echoes our era. A continuity is represented that is conveyed by numerous correspondences: a color palette, an attitude, the Parisian man and woman, inspiration, seduction…

« The minimalism of the 1990’s is one of the most influential and fascinating movements in fashion, and one of my favorite ones. AMI has worked since its creation to define and complete the most articulate, comprehensive, and pragmatic wardrobe. Naturally, this is an evolving concept, in connection with reality. AMI is rooted in the real world, our clothes are made to be worn and enjoyed, to be mixed-and-matched, our collections are meant to live. Walking in the footsteps of what we did for the last Winter collection, I want to simplify the superfluous, so I can concentrate exclusively on the essential – and more specifically the collection, the wardrobe. Everything else is a distraction.
Our fashion show at the Tennis Club de Paris, in such a raw, industrial location, is a symbolic way to celebrate this spirit of simplicity and sobriety, and of elegance. «
