Following the success of the inaugural edition in 2021, The AMIRI Prize, a fashion award and incubator that encourages greater inclusivity in the industry by highlighting up-and-coming talent from fashion and fashion-adjacent fields, returns in 2023.

The prize spotlights the unique and varied voices shaping our future – committed creatives who demonstrate a sense of purpose, personality, and individualism. With The AMIRI Prize, founder Mike Amir hopes to empower those creatives whose journey reflects his unconventional trajectory, establishing a support system outside the often-inaccessible establishment.
Alongside Mike Amiri, applicants will be reviewed by a prestigious line-up of visionaries and entrepreneurs.

For this second edition, the prize will be open for the first time to international applicants. Applications open on June 6th via www.amiriprize.com and the winner will be announced in early October. The winner of The AMIRI Prize for 2023 will receive a sum of 100,000 USD and a yearlong mentorship with AMIRI Founder and Creative Director Mike Amiri, opening up the brand’s own infrastructure and resources and offering encouragement and empowerment.
