BOTTEGA VENETA SHINES A LIGHT ON THE MULTIPLICITY OF MEN

By Crash

Bottega Veneta decided to celebrate the multiplicity of what a man can be today. Free of boundaries. Free of imposed masculinity. Free of the clichés which stick like unbearable chewing gum on the male’s body. With the arrival of Daniel Lee at the head of menswear at Bottega Veneta, it’s more than time to set some new rules for men who are open to change, on themselves and on the world. In this short video, a panel of international boys and men create a space where their thoughts are heard and resonate with the Bottega Veneta pieces. What does masculinity mean today? How can it be twisted? These are the central questions of this video where the art of dressing and undressing is a personal act.

With the help of photographer and producer Tyrone Lebon, Daniel Lee brings together a group of personalities who share their perspectives on the concept of identity and their relationship with fashion and clothing themselves. Dancer Roberto Bolle, actor Barry Keoghan and musicians Neneh Cherry and Octavian all give a piece of their mind, celebrating uniqueness and individuality.

Discover the teaser below for the movie which will be out tomorrow on Mubi.
