CHANEL HAUTE COUTURE FALL/WINTER 21-22

By Anthony Thuong-Seng

Chanel unveiled its fall/winter 2021-2022 Haute Couture collection at a fashion show at the neo-renaissance palace at the Galliera Museum in Paris.

As usual, the brand teased its collection through a short film directed by filmmaker Sofia Coppola featuring Margaret Qualley, dressed in pieces from the Haute Couture collection and evolving within the Palais Galliera. Directed by Virginie Viard, artistic director of the Chanel haute couture house, the show unveiled 37 looks with silhouettes in perfect harmony with the place. There were sober and chic outfits including dresses, skirts and jackets punctuated with bows and with a particular attention paid to materials and cuts.
