Loro Piana presents « LORO, » a capsule collection for this ‘fall-winter 2023-2024 featuring garments and accessories made from cashmere scraps recovered from the Maison’s knitwear production. The ecological project aims to give a new life to cashmere in the most sustainable and efficient way possible while trying to reduce the waste of resources. 

This project features a collection that includes a full range of sizes, from 8 years to 4XL for women and men. What stands out about this Loro Piana capsule is the vertically integrated production process: every step is controlled directly in-house, paying special attention not only to the environment but also to biodiversity and local communities. The time required to produce a single knitwear product of such high quality is three days, achieving a unique result thanks to the deep experience in working with their own fibers of different origins. 

The main elements of the collection are four sweaters, a scarf and a beanie with clean, contemporary lines and a unique palette of blends, created by blending undyed virgin cashmere with the colors of available recycled fibers: Grain Brown, Pure Dunes, Rain Clouds, Dusk Sky and Red Sand.
