MARINE SERRE’S ‘HARD DRIVE’ EXHIBITION

By Crash redaction

Hard Drive marks Marine Serre’s first exhibition, taking over the Lafayette Anticipations space, a three story center for the arts in Paris.  Marine Serre’s world: her work, installations, performances, conferences, and guided visits will be accessible to the public during the 5th and 6th of March. The first floor explores the creation, production, and regeneration processes used by Marine Serre. On the second floor, the signature materials of the Fashion House are brought together to create modern dioramas that are made to explore. The third floor showcases a selection of original paintings by some of the most prominent female artists from 15th, 16th and 17th centuries, left open to various interpretations by the visitors. Finally a pop up store with Marine Serre merchandise and the opportunity for visitors to recycle their own clothes with the distinct crescent moon logo of Marine Serre.
