BULGARI X WHITNEY BIENNIAL

By Aicha NDIAYE

Bulgari continues to extend its commitment to the arts and take a significant step forward by becoming the primary patron for the 2024, 2026, and 2028 editions of the Whitney Biennial, a major event of American contemporary art, renowned for its discovery of talented and emerging artists.

By forging this partnership with the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Luxury House proudly aligns itself with the museum’s mission: to provide emerging artists and their works with strong global visibility.

« This collaboration further strengthens our commitment to the arts. The Whitney Museum plays a pivotal role in shaping influences and innovation in contemporary art, » said Jean-Christophe Babin, CEO of the Bulgari Group.

While renowned for its patronage of Roman heritage, Bulgari also provides tangible support to various art forms by financing the restoration of iconic monuments and archaeological sites in the Eternal City, thus preserving its invaluable heritage for future generations.

Curated by Chrissie Iles and Meg Onli, the 81st edition of the Whitney Biennial will bring together 71 visionary artists and collectives. Opening on March 20th and running until August 11th, 2024.
