PIASA PRESENTS A CHARITY AUCTION FOR #PROTEGETONSOIGNANT

By Crash

In the urgency that the health situation requires and to meet the needs of hospital structures and their staff, at the initiative of Laurent Dumas, president and shareholder of PIASA, the latter organizes from today through this Sunday, a charity auction for the benefit of the #ProtègeTonSoignant collective.

The auction house PIASA accompanies the impulse of solidarity of artists, designers, collectors or gallery owners by organizing this online auction. This auction is of course free of charge for both sellers and buyers and will bring together more than a hundred works (paintings, drawings, photographs, furniture and design objects) by contemporary artists and designers. Most importantly, 100% of money collected will be entirely given back to #ProtègeTonSoignant. This organization will in turn use it for the benefit of the nursing staff (hospital staff, town doctors, liberal nurses, care assistants). The money will be used for the purchase of CE standard protective equipment (Ffp2 and surgical masks, gowns, glasses, gloves…), medical devices (respirators, video laryngoscopes, syringe pumps, ultrasounds…) and payment of transport costs.

The Protège Ton Soignant collective is a multidisciplinary team of doctors, medical professors, entrepreneurs, artists, committed citizens with the mission to help and support the caregivers who fight against Covid-19 on a daily basis. Its action is carried out in close collaboration with public authorities and all stakeholders.

To participate in this charity auction, head over to the PIASA website.
