STONE ISLAND BECOMES AN OFFICIAL PARTNER OF FRIEZE

By Martina Conte

Stone Island has become an official, multi-year partner with Frieze, starting with Frieze London 2023, the 20th anniversary of one of the world’s most influential art fairs. The Brand becomes an official partner of Focus, the section completely dedicated to young galleries at all Frieze contemporary art fairs. Stone Island will also become an official partner of Frieze 91, the program dedicated to providing access to the communities and art that shape contemporary culture.

Through its partnership with Focus, Stone Island will offer each participating gallery a contribution equal to 30 percent of each exhibitor’s booth cost; this support will help emerging galleries participate in the fair. The Focus section is critically important to Frieze because it allows emerging and younger galleries to exhibit their artists.
The Frieze 91 project, on the other hand, is going to provide the global community with exclusive access to art and artists throughout the year through a global calendar of curated experiences as well as member-only content and benefits.

To celebrate Frieze London’s 20th anniversary, Stone Island and Frieze will co-host a celebration at Koko in Camden on October 12. Frieze London 2023 will take place from October 11 to 15, 2023 in Regent’s Park, London.
