Delphine Arnault says: « This year, this entirely digital semi-final, due to the sanitary conditions, represented a new conditions, represented a new opportunity to showcase the work of the designers. I would like to salute their creativity, their optimism and their reactivity, and I would like to congratulate them all. I thank the 66 Experts for their involvement, but also the public who participated for the first time in the semi-final: 32,000 people voted for their favorite candidate! This year, nine candidates (including two semi-finalists who tied for first place) have reached the final of the LVMH Prize.
The finalists come from South Africa, China, the United States, France and the United Kingdom, and, for the first time, from Albania and Colombia. I particularly appreciated their great mastery in terms of know-how and their strong sensitivity to the environment.
The entire jury and I look forward to welcoming them to the final in September at the Louis Vuitton Foundation.  »
